1. What Play Perfect Poker is
Play Perfect Poker ("we", "us") provides an online poker decision-training tool and educational content. It is a study aid only. We do not offer real-money gambling, wagering, deposits, prizes or any way to win money or anything of value.
2. Eligibility

3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. One person per account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Pro monthly $10/month, Pro yearly $80/year, USD) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. [Refund policy, trial terms, taxes and payment processor terms to be finalised.]
5. Educational content; no guarantees
Strategy keys include published-chart references, approximations and coaching heuristics, labelled as such. They are not solved game-theory-optimal strategy for every situation. Using the trainer does not guarantee any poker result. Nothing on the site is financial advice.
6. Acceptable use
Don't copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the trainer or its content; don't use it as a real-time assistance tool where that breaks a poker site's or venue's rules; don't attempt to break or overload the service.
7. Intellectual property
The software, charts as compiled, articles and branding belong to us or our licensors.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
